Experience the magic of Kundalini yoga

Discover yoga’s best kept secret.

The ancient teachings of Kundalini yoga were kept secret for thousands of years. Once reserved exclusively for royalty, this uplifting practice is now available to everyone.

“I know Kundalini yoga is a bit unconventional, but it has helped me become a better version of myself.”

—Romina

Kundalini yoga powerfully combines the full spectrum of yogic tools — mantra (sound), asana (posture), mudra (hand position), bandha (body lock), meditation (mindful focus) & pranayama (breathing technique) — to help you achieve results and experience the benefits from your very first class.

“After my first class with Aili, I slept better than I had in a long time.  And with each class, I feel more and more layers of stress melting away.”

—Tiina

No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All levels and bodies are welcome.

What to expect:

During each class, you’ll:

  • Use your voice. Kundalini classes open and close with chanting and singing. Sometimes there’s some in between as well.
  • See a lot of white. Kundalini teachers wear white clothing. It’s part of the tradition.
  • Challenge your limits. Kundalini yoga challenges your body to rise above the self-imposed limits of the mind.
  • Become more self-aware. Kundalini yoga is called the yoga of awareness, and its practices will help you see yourself in ways that you don’t in everyday life.
  • Learn to be more mindful. By bringing your attention back to the body and the breath, you’ll strengthen your ability to get out of your head and cultivate greater present moment awareness.
