How does this work?
The first step is to book a free strategy session to see if coaching is the right next step for you. If there’s something else that I believe would serve you more at this point, I’ll be honest and let you know.
If we decide to work together, I’ll send you a welcome package that includes a self-assessment tool, coaching agreement and everything you need to get started.
Where will we meet?
We’ll meet on Zoom using video. You’ll receive a link in the confirmation/reminder emails that you simply click to join.
What is health coaching?
It’s coaching that takes you into account as a whole person: mind, body and spirit. I use a process developed by Duke Integrative Medicine. It’s built on mindful awareness and designed to help you be at your best.
How long will we work together?
Research shows it takes at least 3 to 6 months to successfully integrate long term changes, so I ask for a commitment of 6 months. Beyond that it’s totally up to you.
Will you give me advice?
Health coaching is based on the spirit of partnership, so my goal as a coach is to help you discover what would be best for you. You are your own highest authority. This is about learning to trust yourself and act on that. Our sessions will help you develop clarity and confidence in your next steps.
