This morning, I almost made a decision out of fear.
What’s worse is that I almost didn’t even notice.
You may be wondering how that’s possible, but I suspect it happens to all of us more often than we realize. Jim Carrey said, “so many of us choose our path out of fear disguised as practicality,” and it’s true.
Fear wears many disguises. And one decision made out of fear/practicality often leads to another, so it’s important to nip it in the bud when you first notice it.
In this video I talk about my experience and how to figure out what’s really going on:
p.s. As part of my effort not to live in fear, I’m starting a video-a-day experiment for the next 40 days and this video is the first in that series. My objective is to be as useful as possible with ideas and insights to help you cultivate confidence and inner peace.
